Tibetan medical system is one of the oldest in the world. It mostly relies on rich nature’s pharmacy in healing.
When picking fruits and herbs for making remedies, everything is taken into consideration – from the location to star positions in particular part of the year.
Remedies created in ancient Tibetan culture sometimes have over one hundred ingredients.

- 1 kg of organically grown lemon
- 300 g of garlic
Blend lemon (including peel) and garlic in a blender.
Put the mixture in 1.5 l of boiling water and cook in closed pot for exactly 15 minutes over a medium fire.
Cool the mixture, put it in a glass jar and close it with a lid.
Consume 50 ml of mixture every day on an empty stomach during 25 days. After that, make a break for 10 days.
After the break you can repeat the 25-day treatment, if needed.
As a preventive measure, you can repeat this process two times a year, every six months.
With a goal of healing, continue this process until your health improves, but always take mandatory 10 days pause before you go on with the process.
Tibetan anti-stress and relaxation tea
This remedy is used for relaxation and stress relief. It is traditionally believed to prolong life.
- 5 g of grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- a pinch of hot pepper
- a pinch of anise
Boil two liters of water and let it simmer for five minutes.
Add all ingredients into a cooled water.
You can drink this tea during the day or take one cup of tea before each meal. The above mentioned quantities are for three or four persons.
Tibetan elixir for body rejuvenation
This mixture of garlic, honey and lemon is known in Tibetan medicine as a natural elixir that successfully slows down aging.
- 10 garlic heads
- juice made of 10 lemons
- 1 kg of honey
Finely chop 10 garlic heads and mix them with 1 kg of honey and juice made of 10 lemons.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar, seal it and let it rest for eight to ten days.
Take one spoon of this natural elixir twice a day, once on the empty stomach in the morning and before your last meal in the evening.
