While experts advise that cholesterol is harmful for our body and that the recommended daily intake is 30 milligrams, latest research are contrary to these recommendation, showing us that there is little evidence that cholesterol from the food you consume stimulates the growth of blood fat.

Much like alcohol, caffeine can be part of a healthy diet, but you should not drink more than 2 cups a day. If you don’t drink coffee, then there is no reason to start now.
