Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: Consume Your Daily ACV Shot!

For the preparation, you need: water, apple juice, grass-fed gelatin and apple cider vinegar. The apple juice will help you soften the bitterness of the ACV. The flavor becomes balanced and sweet. The gelatin will also help you have an improved gut and skin health. You’ll also protect your joints!

Combine the liquid ingredients using a large skillet. The gelatin powder should be sprinkled on top. Combine everything well. Then, leave it to hydrate for 2 minutes. The heat should be turned to low. Leave the mixture to simmer. You have to use a wooden spoon so that you can stir for 5 minutes. The gelatin should be dissolved completely. The mixture should be poured into silicone ice cube trays. Leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. It should become solid.

Tools:
  • Silicone ice cube molds or trays
  • Wooden spoon
  • Large saucepan
Ingredients:
  • ½ a cup of water
  • 1 ½ cups of organic apple juice
  • 5 tablespoons of gelatin powder
  • ½ a cup of apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Use a large saucepan to put the ACV, apple juice and water together. Put the gelatin over and mix well. Leave the mixture to stay like that for 2 minutes.

Then, put the saucepan on medium-low heat. Use a wooden spoon to stir it for 5 minutes. The gelatin should be dissolved completely.

After that, the mixture should be put in the ice cube trays. Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour.

Tip: You can also use any type of silicone mold that would be interesting for the children. You can also use a deep dish and then slice the gelatin into slices when it becomes solid enough.
