Cinamon and Ginger Diet: Lose 6 Pounds in Just 7 Days

Ginger and cinnamon are not the only spices that positively influence the body line, but ones who give the fastest results.

These 2 drinks can be consumed daily if you want to lose 6 pounds for 7 days. After that take a break of 7 days.

First recipe:

2 glasess of water
1/2 glass of yoghurt
3 bags of black tea
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon ginger
teaspoon of honey
teaspoon curry
Boil the water until it boils, then add all ingredients except yogurt. When the liquid has cooled, add the yogurt and mix.

Drink instead of dinner and after that don’t eat. You can drink water.

Second recipe:

1/2 glass of water
1 glass of milk
teaspoon ginger
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon curry
In boiling water, add the spices and then the milk. Stir until you get a clear liquid.

This drink should be consumed before bedtime

Caution: Both drinks are not recommended for pregnant women and for people who have problems with digestion or kidneys.
