This recipe is a combination of garlic, almond milk and olive oil. No cooking or heating is required.
It will help as a natural protection against flu and colds, but also the treatment of already existing infections which are common in the cold days.
1 ¼ cup almond milk
3 cloves garlic, finely grind
pepper and salt, to taste
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon apple vinegar
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Season to taste.
Garnish with a few drops of olive oil, parsley and few drops of lemon juice.
