  • 1 ½ cups coconut flakes
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ¼ sunflower seeds
  • A teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • A teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup water


Preheat the oven at 300 F, then chop the sunflower seeds in the meantime. Now, mix everything in a bowl well and add more coconut oil (or water) if the mixture’s crumbly. Now, cut cookies of the dough with a measuring cup, then put them on a tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
