- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 8 garlic cloves
Wash and peel the garlic cloves, then blend them and add the apple cider vinegar and honey. Mix for 15-20 seconds more, then transfer the remedy in a jar and leave it in the fridge for 5 days. You need to stir the remedy once a day so the ingredients can infuse.
