During overproduction of certain hormones a change in the functions of individual organs occurs, meaning your body have a hormonal imbalance.

Every woman needs to change the current lifestyle or to take steps to improve their health. Increased physical activity is recommended, regular rest and avoidance of psychological stress.
In the days before menstruation, you should be more active, to move more, drink more fluids, avoiding fatty foods and foods high in sugars.
