No Wheat, No Sugar, No Dairy! Delicious Avocado, Coconut & Sweet Potato Brownies

Avocados are also filled with oleic acid. This monounsaturated fat increases the Vitamin E (tocopherol), our fat metabolism, as well as the carotenoid antioxidants zeaxanthin and lutein. They are all important for decreasing our oxidative stress and improving the health of our cells.

Avocados also contain folate and ionic potassium that help us eliminate any acidic waste from our body and alkalize it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • ½ a cup of cooked sweet potato
  • ½ a cup of mashed avocado (you’ll need ½ an avocado approximately)
  • ¼ of a cup of coconut milk
  • ½ a cup of chocolate chips (dairy-free)
  • ½ a cup of creamy nut butter (tahini, cashew, almond, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao powder

Instructions:

Baking Time: 20 minutes

The oven should be preheated to 325° F. Add a piece of parchment paper in a loaf pan of regular size. Put some coconut oil over the paper. All of the ingredients should be blended well except for the chocolate chips. When you combine them well, then you should add the chips and put the mixture in the pan.

All of the batter should be leveled across the pan using a spoon. It will be thick and sticky. Bake this for a period of 20 minutes. After that, let it cool down. Then, you can slice it.
