- 2 tbsp. of cayenne pepper powder
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar/ ½ cup of warm olive oil
- ½ inch grated ginger
Preparation and use:
Heat the olive oil, make sure not to boil and pour it in a bowl. Pour the cayenne pepper with the ginger and mix well. Make sure the mixture not to cool down.
While being warm, rub it on the painful area and leave it on to act for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
