Red Cabbage and Walnut Salad

Very easy to prepare red cabbage and walnut salad recipe.

Ingredients:

  • ½ red cabbage
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ lemon
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) canned corn
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Chop the carrot and cucumber in bigger pieces and place it in a bowl. Add the corn.

Remove the top leaf, and wash the cabbage well. Chop it nicely and mix it with the other vegetables.

Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well then pour the lemon juice and yogurt and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
