If you are tired of syrups and antibiotics, it is worth to try this recipe for which you need a simple ground cumin.
1 glass of water
80g ground cumin
1 tablespoon vinegar
1.Mix ground cumin with glass of water and let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. It should get a mushy, sticky mixture.
2.Then add a litlle bit of water and wait again to boil. Leave to cool, then add the vinegar.
3.Consume 1 tablespoon every half hour. After 2 hours you feel the first relief.
