Tilapia Are PUMPED Full of Soy, Fertilizer and Cancer-Causing Chemicals. Eat THESE Instead

We’ve long heard that seafood is good for us…but what if not all of it is? In the case of some fish, we’d definitely be better off avoiding it.

Unfortunately, tilapia is one of those fish. Now, tilapia is super common in grocery stores across the country, because it’s cheap to breed (so it as a low price point), easy to cook, and mild-tasting – making it approachable for a wide range of shoppers and eaters.

Here’s the problem:

Almost all of it is factory farmed, subsisting on a diet of corn, soy, and chemicals.

 And then that’s what you then eat when you eat tilapia…yum!

As a result, factory farmed tilapia puts you at a much higher risk of:

  • Asthma
  • Cancer
  • Coronary disease
  • Inflammation
Nor, when you eat factory farmed fish, do you get the same nutrients you would from wild-caught fish.
Much better options include any wild-caught fish, but especially wild Alaskan salmon, sardines, and black cod.
