Just cut an avocado in half and put each of the halves with their face down in a bowl with water. Then, put a lid over it and keep them in a fridge. You’ll see that they will last for several days. You can also do this procedure for the tasty guacamole. Pack it into an airtight container without any air bubbles. Sprinkle it with a little bit of water.
Keep it in the fridge. It will be fresh for 3 or 4 days. When you want to eat it, pour the water out, take out the avocados or the guacamole and repeat the same procedure!

- ¼ of a cup of chopped cilantro
- 2 avocados
- ¼ of a cup of chopped red onion
- A small lime

- A tablespoon of olive oil

- ¼ of a cup of cherry tomatoes
The avocados should be opened up and then mashed. You can use a food processor if you prefer an extra creamy guacamole. Add the lime, cilantro and garlic along with all the other ingredients and spices. Combine everything well. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Then, it’s ready to be served!
